How to Make a Long Island Iced Tea

Cool off and relax with a Long Island Iced Tea drink whether you're at the beach or at home. Although it's a delicious drink, it does pack a punch so please be a responsible drinker.

Recipe:                                                      You'll need:
1/2 oz of Vodka                                          Measuring Jigger
1/2 oz of Rum                                            Cocktail Shaker
1/2 oz of Gin                                              HighBall Glass
1/2 oz of Triple Sec                                   Straw
1/2 oz of Tequila
1 oz of Lemon Juice
1 tsp Sugar
Cola
Ice

Step 1 - Fill the shaker with ice

Step 2 - Pour in the Vodka, Rum, Gin, Triple Sec and Tequila

Step 3 - Add the Lemon Juice and Sugar (See Note below)

Step 4 - Shake vigorously for about 15 seconds

Step 5 - Fill the highball glass half way with ice

Step 6 - Strain the contents of the shaker into the glass

Step 7 - Top off the glass with Cola to give it the appearance of iced-tea

Step 8 - Add the straw and sip with caution!

Note: You can use a sour mix but lemon and sugar typically give a fresher taste
